Felixx Media LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages and Lost Packages
Felixx Media LLC is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we want to ensure you are taken care of.

Damaged Items: If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. You may also contact us at

Lost Packages: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office first.
